Failte Foods are accredited by BRC (British Retail Consortium) and specifically their Storage and Distribution certification.
The BRC Food Safety Standard is a leading global brand recognised by thousands of customers worldwide, and has certificated over 18,000 suppliers in over 100 countries around the globe. It was also the first Food Safety Standard to be benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative.
The standard is recognised as a GFSI benchmarked food safety scheme and has been accepted by 8 major international retailers: Carefour, Tesco, ICA, Metro, Migros, Ahold, Walmart and Delhaize.

COST EFFECTIVE Widely accepted certification reduces the need and expense of duplicate audits. Audits are completed by local BRC trained and approved auditors to enable an internationally accepted Standard to be audited at local rates.
